Your project grade will be assigned based upon the following criteria. The entire assessment is worth 160 points, broken down into the following categories. Each component is a certain percentage of the final grade.
PART 1 - 20 points
This initial post to the discussion board will show the teacher evidence of considerable thought and attention before simply submitting words from a page. The post includes the students' original work and does not consist of plagiarism, but rather appropriately gives credit. This post will open discussion windows for other students to respond and critique.
PART 2 - 40 points
Your reply posts will demonstrate a thorough reading of the post prior to submission, will be spelled correctly, include constructive criticism with appropriate support, show attempts to answer other students as they reply to further the dialogue, and exemplify collaboration with a means of shared learning.
PART 3 - 50 points
Your content should be well organized, provide an in-depth look at your topic, compare at least three civilizations, provide specific examples and details to show your understanding of the content and your analysis of the course content. Your addition should be free of grammatical and spelling errors, use a specific font, and have at least one picture to enhance the presentation. Your content will show that you have taken some of the suggestions from your classmates and teachers from the discussion board.
PART 4 - 50 points
Your reflection piece should be free of grammatical errors, sufficiently answer the two questions using supporting material, and show evidence of self-reflection throughout the process.
