What are government and leadership? Are they similar and different amongst civilizations? What is the purpose of government and leadership? Why is it important to a civilization? Hello and welcome to our presentation of the comparing and contrasting of Rome, Egypt, and Greece's government and leadership. Please welcome Yeorgi’s, Ross, Ahmed, and on their presentation on the comparing and contrasting of the three civilizations Rome, Greece, and Egypt. According to bang dictionary.com,government is defined as a group of people who have the power to make and enforce laws for a country or area. According to bang dictionary.com, Leadership is defined as the ability to guide, direct, or influence people. These traits vary in different civilizations because they had a different way of doing things and they were in different times and had different religions. The purpose of government and leadership is to maintain balance in the country, and to guide the country. This is important to the civilizations because the city wouldn''t be under control and it would be in mass destruction.

In Egypt they had a trading system like I trade you a chicken for a rooster. But in Greece they had a money system like I'll trade you a chicken for three eouros. In Egypt and Greece they had a capital. In Egypt they had a dynasty system but in Greece they had aristocracy, a government ruled by a few wealthy families, and democracy, a government run by the people.

Rome and Greece's government and leadership were and are very similar in many ways but, some things were different. Some things that were the same were such as polytheistic ,and some things that were different but Greece had a democracy and Rome had a aristocracy as so. The soldiers were spume how similar , the gladiators and the Spartans writer very alike and different because the Athenians had different soldiers.

The consuls were two people that ruled the government and ruled the army. In Egypt they had one ruler which had a dynasty and if they died their son would take over. Egypt didn't have systems such as the senate as the Romans did have that stuff. Egypt didn't have an amazing government and they didn't have an aristocracy system. They were both polytheistic, which means many gods are believed in so they have a very similar religion.

What have the Government and Leadership group learned ? We have learned from are past few days together that as the time goes n the Government and Leadership gets better like they have more freedom and rights. Those civilizations still are polytheistic, so they have such a similar religion. A lot of the Government and Leadership are a lot like today but some things are still different. As the time goes on I hypothesis that people actually step up and realize they should have rights and stand up for themselves.
